DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
If the item you received is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.
Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for 24 months from purchase. Material refers to the physical state of the product. Workmanship refers to the painting and construction. Damage due to wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy but may be replaceable for a fee.
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we have a 14-day return policy. If you find a newly purchased Klarborg Elf unsatisfactory, please send him/her back for a full refund. If you would like to exchange for another Elf in the same price class we will gladly do so, however in either case, return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
To make a return, please take the following steps:

For return of defective products please contact us first at email@example.com
Please describe the problem/defect in detail and wait for our service team to provide you with a return service number and further instructions.
Send the Elf back inside an appropriate/comfortable box. The Elf must be securely tucked in inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.
Include a copy of the receipt. If that is not possible, include your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return or simply note the provided return service number on the box.
In case of defects in Materials or worksmanship we will provide a return-label for return of the defective product.

14-day returns must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages.
All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
