365 Days Exchange Service.
It means that you can buy presents all year around, but if the receiver already have the design in their collection, It's possible to just exchange it to another design from the collection within 365 Days.
*if the box and/or item isn't broken or have been in use.
 
60 Days Refund Policy.
It means that you have 60 days to inform us that you for some reason want to cancel your order and send the products back to us, and you'll have a full refund on the order.

Quality Guarantee.
Each and every Figurine & Ornament is Handpainted. Therefore we have a unique Quality Guarantee that means, that if there is some small painting differences or fails on the product, always let us know once you receive the products. Then we'll take a look at it, and replace it with a new product. 
If the box or item if broken due to shipping accidents, we'll always figure it out.

Our Return Policy:

  • Customer must provide the order number or order confirmation email by sending it to our customer service to contact@klarborg.com If you are unable to provide the order number you are required to provide your name, address, phone number, and then we might be able to retrieve your order and order number.
  • Items purchased at www.klarborg.com may be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in the manufacturer’s saleable, like-new condition with the original packaging materials (including the bar code/UPC label), accessories, and instructions. www.klarborg.com reserves the right to deny any return not meeting these guidelines.
  • www.klarborg.com does not accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer.

Items non-eligible for returns/refunds or exchanges:

  • Items Marked "Final Sale”.
  • Personalized and Customized Merchandise
  • Shipping charges


Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment via paypal or to the used card during checkout.

Replaced defective item
If the received product was damaged, we will resend a replacement once we have received picture documentation of the defective item.



How to Return an Item

  • Find your online order confirmation and order number to start the return.

  • Send an email to contact@klarborg.com with:

    Order Number/Order Confirmation

    Which Item/s you would like to return

  • Securely pack the Item/s and mark the box with you order number

    Order Number must be visible and will help us expedite your return

  • Ship the item/s to:

  • Buy the item again online right away or wait for the refund before you order the item you like.


How to Return a defective item

  • Find your online order confirmation and order number to start the return.

    Which Item/s is defective

    A picture and description of the defect

  • We will ship a replacement once we have evaluated the pictures
